Everyday wellbeing.
Built with your team
in mind.

Help shape a mental wellness tool for adults navigating work and life.

We’re speaking with founders, people leaders, and benefits decision-makers about potential Mind Mirror workplace pilots. Start with your team’s needs, current support, and what a useful pilot would have to demonstrate.

Discuss a workplace pilot

Discovery conversations are open. The product is in early development.

A focused starting point

Understand the need.
Then define the pilot.

Mind Mirror’s initial concept explores AI-guided emotional check-ins, reflection, and everyday wellbeing resources for adults across Canada, with dedicated programs being planned for young adults aged 18–34. We want to understand where this could fit alongside the support your organization already offers.

We are exploring employer-funded pilots. Scope, timing, pricing, and participation requirements will be agreed before any pilot begins.

What we’ll discuss

Three questions to start with.

01 / NEED

Where is support falling short?

Tell us what employees ask for, what’s already available, and where existing tools are difficult to use.

02 / PARTICIPATION

What would a workable pilot involve?

Discuss a voluntary participant group, the time involved, internal ownership, and your privacy and procurement requirements.

03 / EVIDENCE

What would make it worth continuing?

Agree on practical evaluation criteria such as participation, repeat use, and participant feedback before setting a budget.

Clear expectations

The proposed pilot is a product discovery opportunity. Clinical outcomes, productivity improvements, and reductions in burnout have not been established.

Privacy defined upfront

Data collection, access, retention, and any reporting would need to be agreed and explained to participants before a pilot begins.

Alongside existing support

Mind Mirror is not a clinical service or a replacement for professional care or employee assistance services.
